Yum! Cooking up some spinach and ricotta angnolotti

Indigo cooks dinner for us one night a week, and I've got to say, I love it! She banishes me from the kitchen and always puts a lot of effort into thinking about what to cook and presenting it nicely. I think it's great she's getting competent with cooking and chopping and serving, and she thinks it's great to have at least one night a week that is guaranteed lentil free!
